J ynx wondered around in the park, feeling like she's lost. She hated the feeling too. Jynx wrapped her arms around her, feeling the chilly winds whip her body. Jynx noticed some big tree's that seemed reasonably tall. Maybe I can see If over the the tree's and the road I need to take, Jynx told herself.

[/color] he tree Jynx choice was a tall one, and probably not too safe. But Jynx would rather risk her life in a tree than with the cops any day. She began climbing the tree, butting one secure foot in front of the other. She kept telling herself, 'don't look down don't look down!' It appeared to work as she grew closer and closer to the top.

S[/size] he finally reached the top of the tree, and was shocked to discover how far the town was from the park. Was she smack in the middle of the Park? Jynx sighed, guess theirs no choice but to go north till I reach town, she thought. Jynx started to head down from the tree, she knew the bark was old and she could easily trip, so she tried to pick the branching the knew could support her body. One branch seemed pretty secure, but once her wait went on it, the branch collapsed and she fell from the tree. Worse, she fell on top of someone. "I'm so sorry!

Rayne was bored. There was nothing to watch, nothing to do, and nothing to talk to. Who likes boredom? Rayne sure doesn't. So he decided to take a walk in the park. It was a be-a-utiful day. Sunshine was out, birds were singing their beautiful songs, and children were laughing and playing.

It was definetly not a beautiful day for unwinds. Rayne looked around. He let out a grumble in his throat. THE DOG was there. That stupid, annoying dog that always barks, growls, and tries to bite ONLY Rayne. He was a dog that lived outside of a home right near the park. Yes, he had an owner. But the owner hardly ever cared where the dog went, as long as he came back home.

Rayne turned to the right and started towards a tree, avoiding the dog. He walked past the tree. He noticed something moved in the tree. It's a bird, He thought to himself. He laughed to himself.

Rayne noticed a girl climbing down the tree. She fell to the ground, and in Rayne's arms. "I'm so sorry!" She apologized. Careful. That tree is very...can i say old? He told her. She was so pretty with her blue eyes and blonde hair. Rayne pushed her back to her feet when he realized he still had her in his arms. "May I ask what your name is?" He asked her politely. He ran his fingers through his thick hair, waiting for a name to escape from her lips.

J ynx blushed when she realized a rather cute boy caught her in his arms. How embarrassing, Jynx thought. His blue eyes captivated her and she noticed after a moment she was staring. Jynx shook her head and cleared her throat. "I'm sorry I fell on top of you, are you ok?"

[/color] fter he set her on her sturdy feet, he asked her automatically her name. Which is understandable since Jynx wanted to asked the same question. She caught herself staring at his eyes again and glanced the other way. "My names Jynx." She smiled and returned the question, "What's your name?"

J[/size] ynx fiddled with her hair, and couldn't help but assume he was around her age. He had a baby face, captivating eyes, and a kind heart. Or that's all she can tell about him so far. Jynx returned her gaxe to him and kept her smile along her lips.

"My name's Jynx," She answered his question. "Wow, unique name." He smiled. "What is your name?" She asked him. The name's Rayne. You have a beautiful name," He completmented. He loved unique names. They were the best names. Jynx. He programed into his brain.

"Your age?" He asked her. He heard barking. Rayne froze. He clenched his fists. "Come on, unless you want to get bitten I would run,"He took her wrist and lead the way towards a bench. The dog was barking and running, but not faster than Rayne. He glanced over his shoulder and noticed the dog right at Jynx's heels.

J ynx smiled and pulled a stand of hair behind her ear. "Ha-ha, yea I don't know what my mom was thinking." Her smile faded to a frown remembering her Mother, who is in fact dead right now. But it returned when he complimented her name, telling her it was beautiful. "Thank you. You don't have too bad of a name yourself."

[/color] t first Jynx wasn't too sure about sharing her age with him. I mean he is a stranger, but she couldn't hold her tongue and the number slipped out. "fifteen and a half." Jynx made sure to add the additional 'a half' since it was true, he birthday was coming soon. Real soon actually. Like, tomorrow. Jynx was about to ask his age, but at the sound of a dogs bark, Rayne froze.

Come on, unless you want to get bitten I would run

B[/size] efore Jynx could say anything Rayne grabbed her wrist and dragged her away from the dog heading who knows which way, further into the Park. Jynx glanced over her shoulder to see a rather huge dog trying to bite her heels. Jynx screamed at first then and grabbed his hand with her free hand, squeezing it. She's never really seen such a big dog and it caught her off guard.

Rayne heard Jynx scream at the terrifying dog. As she grabbed his hand, Rayne smiled. Then he remembered what he had brought in case the dog, a bone. Rayne grabbed it out of his pocket and threw it far behind him. He halted and watched as the dog chased after the bone.

Rayne let out a sigh as sat down on a bench. Then he remembered Jynx answer his question. Fifteen and a half, he heard her voice go through his head. "I'm sixteen," He said, without being asked. He then realized he still had her hand in his, but he didn't want to let go. So he just forgot about it and left her hand in his.

"Huge dog huh?" He asked her. He gazed at Jynx and smiled. She was, infact, the prettiest girl he's seen. He's been in a lot of relationships, but he's been dumped for absolutely no reason. To him, this girl didn't seem like most of the girls he's dated. But of course he's not going to ask her out since he's known her for 15 minutes. After they talked AWHILE he might just ask her for her number and full name. But that was after AWHILE, get what I mean?

J ynx could swear that giant dog was an English Massive. It only made since, that or an over-sized Pug! Jynx felt a tug on the grip that Rayne was holing her her with. She boldly took her eyes off the dog and witnessed him grab a bone from his pocket and toss it over them to detract the dog. Thankfully it worked, and Jynx's heels were saved, and able to still walk another day.

[/color] ayne took a seat on the bench, and Jynx joined him. She was breathing heavier than usual. Running isn't me thing, she thought, it's Sarah's. With her free hand, Jynx pulled her hair away from her face and scanned the Park for any signs that the dog was returning. None. The dog was probably satisfied with that bone. "Clever thinking, bones are like every dogs weakness." Why are dogs so appealed to bones, she thought, do they really taste that good? She laughed, or at least tried to with her heavy breathing.

[/size] ynx raised an eyebrow, not too sure what he was muttering about. But then it hit her like a light bulb. "Oh. haha. Sweet, so were are close in age. That's hard to come by." She never took notice before. But she was still holding hands with Rayne. She wondered if he meant to keep holding her hand or forgot. She felt nervous whether to take it away or not. Would it hurt his feelings?

J[/size] ynx simply nodded and pulled her hand out from Raynes grip. Jynx knew she could fall for two guys, especially when Sarah could pop up at any time. Jynx sighed and stood up from the bench. "Thanks for saving me, I owe you," She smiled.[/blockquote]

"Thanks for saving me, I owe you," She said after letting her grip go from Rayne's hand. "Oh, sorry," He apoligized about her hand. He put his on his leg. "Nah, It's nothing, that dog tries to bite me everytime he sees me, apart from everyone else. I'm surprised he actually tried to bite you," He laughed quietly.

Rayne tried to wipe sweat from his forehead, but there was nothing. He plays baseball so he hardly breaks a sweat when he runs, and he knows it. "Nice day today," He told her, looking up at the sky. The sun blinded him, so he looked back down at his legs.

J ynx smiled, and pulled a loose strand of hair behind her ear. She could imagine the dog eating her alive, but then again aren't big dogs usually babies, and very sweet? Jynx smiled and laughed, "No, really I owe you! Just name it." She fiddled with her hair, feeling the awkwardness suffocate her.

[/color] he sky was bright, the tree's were a shade of rather interesting colors, and the over all appeal was beautiful. It explains why people visit the Park so often. You see little creators, the birds singing, and cute puppies -minus huge dogs- wondering around that your dying to pet. Jynx nodded her head in agreement. She realized her legs hurt and so she returned to her seat on the bench beside him.

S[/size] he smiled when the sun blinded his eyes, "Careful. We blue eyed kids are cursed. Our eyes are so sensitive to the sun because of their color." Speaking on eyes, Jynx flinched when a dog hair caught her eye and started to burn it. She rubbed her eye but it was only making it worse. "Ow ow ow. Ouch. Darn dog hair."

I can't believe I just agreed, Jynx thought, to actually 'trying' to flirt. Jynxed sighed and muttered, "Got it."

Rayne stopped. He didn't hear Jynx's footsteps behind him. He turned and saw Jynx on her knees. He walked over to her. "Are you ok?" He asked her. Why would she suddenely drop to her knees like that? He gently grabbed both of her arms and pulled her to her feet.

He looked at her. Something was different, he could sense it. "What's wrong?" He asked her, concerned. He was confused, something happened to Jynx, and yet nothing did. To him at least. Rayne stared at Jynx. She was smirking. Rayne stared at Jynx. What in the world, he thought to himself.

She could tell he sensed something off about her, and that's something she admired. She shrugged out from his helping grip and placed a hand upon her hip, "Let's continue shall we, Rayne." She pronounced his name with an edge and walked by him to the direction they were heading before.
