is a new and affectve way to hold your place on replying to a thread your very interesting in posting a reply to. What? Have you never had a thread that you were dying to reply to but someone beat you to it!? Yess, i hate that too. So this is a new type of system that gives you FIVE days to reply to that post or someone else can take DIBBS and reply instead!! I hope this is as affective as I consider it to be!
