Riley has a rather original style. It goes between whatever she snags out of goodwill to whatever she finds in a vintage store. She loves the old style-funked up with big sunglasses or odd acessories. She rarely fits the 'biker-girl' image...except maybe her knee high combat boots. She doesn't give too much thought about what she wears.
She's pretty in a plain-jane sort of way-with bright hazel eyes and black hair. It's naturally brown but she continuously dyes it black-mostly to keep up her image from her runaway days. She has slightly pale skin, sometimes smeared with motor oil of dirt. She has no issue with getting nasty and dirty.
She has a long scar on her back, starting from her left hip and marring her skin to the opposite shoulder blade. It's a bit puckered, a pale silvery-pink discolored scar. Most would be embarrassed of it but she's rather proud-the result if her first freeway encounter on her bike.
Play By;; Ashleigh Taylor

Riley is a regular fire-cracker rebel. Now that she's over the age of eighteen she's helping fight the system the Bill of Life dares justify as 'the right thing to do'. She's stubborn and quick tempered and has to have things done her way or no way.
She does things a bit...on the hard side instead of taking the easy way out and doesn't have patience when it comes to people to incompetent to get the job done when she needs it done.
She's friendly enough-jokes around, laughs easily and can usually get along with anyone outside the work-zone. People can just be a little afraid of her, she doesn't always think before she acts and that gets her into trouble sometimes...but mostly it turns out all right.
Her trust doesn't come easy and neither does her love. The betrayal of her parents and beloved older brother is a hole in her heart she'll always carry and she's scared to get close in fear of getting hurt again.
For that fact, she's an excellent liar. She can spin a nice little story for you in the blink of an eye without much hesitation. This is why she makes such a good off-sight agent.
And I Don't Even Read What The Papers Gotta Say About Me;;
History;;
Riley was born into an average american family. Picket fence, stay-at-home mom, corporate father and a big brother she both couldn't stand and couldn't live without. She lived a happy, normal life completely trusting in that she would never be unwound.
It was her fourteenth birthday when she found out she out her papers had been signed away for unwinding. Her brother broke down and told her-hoping she could escape...or more like hoping she wouldn't hate them. Her father had lost their job...he was collecting money for her unwinding to help the family out. Riley the youngest was the sacrafice.
Riley ran-she was a smart girl-maybe not so much book-smart as street smart. She lived easily on her own-running the streets and avoiding cops. She cut her hair-dyed it...even changed her entire style to keep a low profile. And it all paid off. She wasn't caught...and after a few years she made it to the hideout.
She worked as a medic under Risa's teaching and help-then transfered to something bigger-actually 'working' in the hospital. The hospital worked with the runaways-smuggling supplies and medicine to the group and Riley was one of the special few picked to help smooth along the process. She posed as one of the nurse's nieces and worked as a candy-stripe girl, then graduated to intern.
She works for the hospital now-actualy getting paid and her first paycheck she bought herself a rundown, damaged street bike. She fixed it up slowly, working on it when she had the time and finally has a full bike-restored nearly to it's original grandeur.
She lives on base with the rest but has an apartment in the city as well. Now that she's 'legal' again it helps to have someone on the outside.
