Myths and Legends.......
Ravenwood is a small and dainty town located in the mountains of Wyoming. it is built on ancient Indian land that is said to be sacred. Ravenwood is beuatiful and quiet making it a perfect retreat, until you find out it is inhabited by giant wolves.
Hundreds of years ago a cheif made a pact with a wolf, saying that they would always be one, man and beast protecting the grounds from any harm. Generations through generations they were give names, first they were called Skinwalkers, wolves who walk around in the form of a human. Werewolves was next, created from the myth in Transilvania, the most common name used in modern day. Some just call them Shapeshifters, but only a few humans know the name these creatures should be called by, Loupgarux.
Ravenwood's population has been decreasing in size, not only with the humans, but with the Loupgaruxs to. No one wants to live in small towns anymore, they want to be some place that is exciting and busy. With what population Ravenwood has, it is heavily gaurded, the werewolves work hard to protect it now that hunters are finding out the secrets behind the town, how humans that can shape into wolves roam the land. As the search begins for the mythical creautres, the Loupgarux make no hesition to prepare for it all. Silver and fire are used to kill werewolves, and the hunters are stocking up on the deathly items, hoping to destroy the species. The hunters beleiev that they are a harm to the Human, that anything that is supernatural should be killed imediately. Vampires have already been wipped from the earth and now that werewolves are here, the hunters will do anything to find them and kill them, all their information and research has lead them to the small, and quiet town of Ravenwood, the source of it all.
